Lyn Ward has been the owner/editor of Fethiye Times since 2017.
Lyn moved to Fethiye in 2010 after retiring from a 20-year career as a HR generalist, resourcing specialist and project manager for Tesco.
When she is not working on Fethiye Times, Lyn loves to get out and about with her camera.
Lyn moved back to the UK in 2023 and has recently moved from Cornwall to the West Midlands.

Steve Parsley is a former UK journalist with experience in both print and broadcast media. Resident full time in Turkey for nine years, he now lives in Yorkshire, working as a freelance writer, content editor and communications consultant.
SPORT & NEWS
Brian Lloyd retired to Fethiye in 2008 from the Warrington area where he worked as a groundsman and gardener for many years. His main interests are walking and photography and he has a website where the photos can be viewed: www.fethiyefocus.net
Brian is admin on a number of Facebook holiday groups for the Fethiye area that promote the area and offer help and advice. He is a staunch supporter of Fethiyespor, the local football team, and is admin on the Fethiyespor Yabancilar Facebook group that was set up to translate Fethiyespor activities and updates into English.
A staunch supporter of the club for over 20 years and regular attendee at most of the home games, Brian has been part of the team since 2017, initially providing Fethiyespor updates. His role has developed over the years and he now provides news, items of interest, and shares Fethiye Times posts to cascade the information via various Facebook groups.

Norman Clark is originally from beautiful Edinburgh and moved to the equally beautiful Fethiye in 2015.
He spent almost all of his career in banking and in his youth, played both hockey and shinty at a high level, both very demanding sports so as he got a bit older he moved onto golf.
He is married to Ann-Marie and they have a rescue dog from Ölüdeniz called Emily. Along with two friends and an amazing team of volunteers, they run FIG children’s charity, raising funds to help local children focusing on medical and educational needs.
Norman is a keen photographer and, back in Edinburgh, did some wedding photography. Since moving to Turkey, he has been lucky enough to travel around the country and been thoroughly spoiled with fantastic photo opportunities.
Since meeting Lyn, Norman has undertaken a number of photography opportunities for Fethiye Times and provides photo selections from the local area, local events and from his travels.

Originally from Moscow, Natalia lives on the wonderful coast of Türkiye, in Fethiye. The beautiful nature of the city and its surroundings is fascinating and she loves to be here. Photography is an integral part of Natalia’s life.

Şefik Akkurt, aged 57, originally from Adana, lived in UK for 27 years running his own business before retiring to Fethiye.
Şefik enjoys travelling ,camping, photography, gardening and football – supports Adana Demirspor and Liverpool.
